The Charity levies a Weekly Contribution towards costs from all its residents.

The amount charged has the advantage of being all inclusive, with the exception of Council Tax, ie all accommodation costs, utility bills, maintenance charge etc are covered by one weekly payment. This is paid by monthly bankers order from the resident’s Bank Account.

Many of our elderly residents are entitled to Housing and Council Tax Benefits and Supporting People Payments and guidance as to how to claim these entitlements is readily available.

The level of the weekly payments is reviewed annually in March and any appropriate increases applied from the 1st June each year
